Edelweiss is a composite construction without settling where massive beams shaped of a thickness of 70 mm is supported by a vertical frame. The corners crossed in jutting out have a thickness of 140 mm and can be removed at the request. The beams are connected by wooden pegs to build a rigid plane on which a vertical structure is applied to regular spacing and screwed with the beams. The insulation consists of cellulose insulation in bulk 145 mm + 45 mm if necessary or other insulators, and the airtightness is provided by a natural vapor barrier. The inner wall is covered by a cladding wood, plasterboard or other. The floor thickness varies between 80 to 350 mm and the thickness of the roof that is traditional or industrial between 120 to 450 mm. The dimensions of all additional components vary according to the plan of the house.
